Precise clamping technology for efficient test handling

The Pylon Receivers 10+2 and 14+2 were developed as a robust and user-friendly solution for the safe and even clamping
of pylon blocks.

They enable the standard clamping of 10 or 14 pylon blocks and offer additional space for two further pylon blocks or, alternatively, two vacuum connectors. The adapter is placed on a base plate with four sliding support strips, enabling precise and smooth handling with reproducible positioning. Fixation is achieved via two clamping hooks with integrated counter elements for secure contact, while the linear clamping movement via an ergonomic hand lever ensures efficient force transmission.

Thanks to the precise clamping mechanism and reliable contact, they ensure a stable, reproducible, and process-reliable clamping process in industrial test environments.
