ICT-Flash portal system
The circuit boards are made available to the system via double belt straps and separated. At a pick-up position, the test objects are picked up by a double gripper, which is attached to an x-y-z-phi portal, identified and transported to one of the five contacting stations (KT500). Contacting and testing of the circuit board takes place here.
After a successful test, the circuit board is released again by the contacting station. The printed circuit board is picked up again via the double gripper and placed on another double belt for rejection.
The KT500 can also be equipped with test objects and operated manually outside the portal system (e.g. for debugging test programs).
