Robotic burn-in test
The test specimen is provided on a workpiece carrier in the system for each customer application. Preheating, the burn-in test and cooling each take place in boxes with a drawer system, exchangeable test specimen holder and lifting unit. Additional heating in the gripper is possible if the cooling on the way of the assembly between the individual stations would be too great.
It is important to achieve exact temperature curves in relation to the required cycle time without damaging the assembly.
