The KABTEC Management Team

My passion has always been technology. My many years of professional experience in the field of handling technology for the semiconductor industry as well as my urge to become self-employed both lead me to KABTEC in 2011. As founder and board member it is my personal promise, along with my management team and all KABTEC employees, to always inspire our customers with individual, high quality and innovative products and solutions.

After studying mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, I initially worked for four years in the aerospace industry as a calculation engineer. In the beginning of 2009, my field of work shifted to mechatronic development. In 2013, I began working at KABTEC with much diligence and pleasure in building up and taking responsibility for the company's technical department. As head of technology and authorized signatory, the focus of my daily work is on the conception of new automations, the development of new mechanics and project management. As a counterweight to high-tech daily routine, I spend a large part of my spare time as a hobby beekeeper with my bees – a hobby that my wife and my three children also appreciate very much.

I gained my experience and knowledge in product and project sales as well as in structuring sales processes through a variety of roles of responsibility. My professional career in sales started at a large component placement company, after which I took on the role of setting up special projects within the sales division of a well-known manufacturing company in high-frequency and electronic system solutions. This ultimately led me into the HF, MIL and LED electronics field. Business development and senior project management was the next step for a supplier into the RF and electronics industries. A professional detour into the world of design completes my professional experience in the field of national and international sales. Since mid 2018 I am active for Kabtec.
