KABTEC takes over and supports you as a development and production partner with the takeover of the complete process chain from procurement, assembly, quality assurance up to logistics of complete systems.

Our lean infrastructure is optimized for the production of sophisticated electrical, mechanical and mechatronic assemblies. We are able to react flexibly to a wide variety of industry and customer requirements and, in addition to special solutions, also efficiently manufacture series. KABTEC accompanies you from the first prototype, with feedback on optimization possibilities through series production to the end of the product life cycle.

In all project stages, from quantity 1...n, KABTEC offers the procurement and quality assurance of your components and materials.

Our fields of expertise:

• Complex cable assemblies, e.g. cable harnesses for robotic applications and opto-technology
• mechatronic systems and modules (mechanical and electrical assemblies), e.g. climate chambers, sensor units, joystick applications & autonomously moving transport systems (FTS, AGV)
• switch cabinet construction
• test engineering wiring, e.g. adapter and interface wiring, tester connection cables in wire-wrap, solder and crimp technology with both pylon technology and common connector systems
