Test Fixtures

Adapters and interchangeable test fixture sets based on your requirements

An interchangeable test fixture set, consisting of a contacting part (optionally upper or lower adapter) and an opposing part, establishes a signal connection between the test points / contacts of the DUT and the signal interface (pylon blocks) of the handling system. The handling system forwards these signals to a tester-specific interface.

For the KT1000 and KT2000 test handling systems, KABTEC offers its own robust exchange sets for an increased number of signal transfer points (KT1000: max. 3,200 / KT2000: max. 4,800) or higher contacting forces. The adapter sets of the KT1000 can also be used in the offline contacting station KT500.

INGUN's ATS MA2112 manual change sets can be operated in the KABTEC KT1000i inline test handling system for fully automatic testing. The inline-capable expansion of the ATS must be ensured.

All test fixtures can be ordered from KABTEC as a kit for self-assembly or as pre-assembled adapters.
