Test / Examine / Contact

KABTEC products from our Handling and Testing Technology

Our core competencies are handling and testing technology. We develop, produce and distribute handling systems for testing printed circuit boards and assemblies (PCB handling systems). We also integrate our KABTEC products into production lines and stand-alone solutions, which we project in close consultation with you and complete with additional modules such as conveyor belts, scanners, magazine systems etc. In such cases KABTEC will additionally act as a general contractor and assume the overall responsibility for all your automation needs.

  • Offline and inline test handling systems
  • Offline systems with automated loading and unloading
    (e.g. via magazine handling systems)
  • Contacting for function and in-circuit test (FKT, ICT)
  • Handling for temperature-controlled testing
  • Integration of additional functions
    (e.g. scanning, marking, labelling, buffering, ejecting, etc.)

The tester interfaces can be adapted to the signal interfaces of various tester manufacturers (e.g. Aeroflex, Rohde & Schwarz) and are adapted accordingly by KABTEC.

The products of the KT series can be converted to the DUT to be processed in a very short time using application-specific adapters (also known as exchange kits or probes).

The robust technology of contact by means of a crank loop drive has proven itself time and time again over the years.
